SHIPPING and DELIVERY
The shipment of your package
Packages are generally sent within 1 working day of receipt of payment (or currency in the case of payment by bank transfer) and are shipped via express courier. Whatever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online upon request.
Shipping costs are always free and include handling and packaging costs and postage costs. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs may vary depending on the geographical area. We advise you to group your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected.

Delivery
Fast shipping: 24/48 hours nationwide (Saturdays and holidays excluded) from the time of shipment. For islands and remote or disadvantaged locations, sometimes an additional 24 hours are necessary. Sibilla Vini is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls or causes of force majeure. During national holidays, shipments may take longer. In all cases Sibilla Vini reserves the right to postpone the shipment if force majeure events occur. Deferred payment methods, such as bank transfer, require more days to be processed and the shipment will only depart upon receipt of payment confirmation (1 or 2 working days). The payment methods to receive the goods faster are: Stripe or Credit Card.
